California Pizza Kitchen continues to open stores despite weak economoy

Since the last time I wrote about California Pizza Kitchen, the company has been aggressively opening restaurants. The company opened its seventh location in the Philippines recently. The other openings have generally come in airport settings, which is great for the company and should provide steady traffic to those locations. My price target of $20 by May 21st may not be sustained but I remain confident in the future of this company.
